Based in Avalon Beach, on Sydney’s Northern beaches, Three Crowns Media Group (3CMG) is looking for an enthusiastic Strategic Media Manager to join the team. 3CMG is the market leader in actions sports publishing, and has in its portfolio a diverse range of digital and print properties such as Coastalwatch, Surfing World, Mountainwatch, Transfer Snowboarding and Transmoto. 3CMG has a fast-growing portfolio of events and consumer activations across surf, snow and moto. The Strategic Media Manager will be responsible for developing key client partnerships across all owned media and activation channels (Digital, Print, Events). This role would particularly focus on securing and partnering with non-endemic brands (outside of the traditional action sports environment) who are looking to reach 3CMG’s highly engaged audience. The successful candidate will be a natural at client account management, at securing multi-platform advertising revenue and finding creative advertising solutions in an ever-changing landscape. Reporting to the head of Strategic Media, the candidate will ideally have an existing base of contacs in the advertising sector and have a keen interest in networking.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maximise advertising revenue for all 3CMG media and event channels particularly with non endemic brands.
Expand the client base within 3CMG and its partners.
Build trusted and lasting partnerships by working with clients to understand marketing objectives and sales targets.
Develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the client. Develop style guides and templates for advertising proposals.
Manage multiple projects from concept to completion.
Provide quality control over concepts and projects.
Report back to the client and the internal business on advertising campaigns and key market trends
